At joe-snyder.us, we are happy when you are happy. You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations, underwear, hosiery, and swimwear must be unopened and unworn. No returns / Exchanges will be accepted in thongs, g-stings or Jock Straps. We do NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.

Return / Exchange Shipping Fees
You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our mistake.
How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase
Please follow these steps to successfully return / exchange your purchase:
1. Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which each item is wrapped.
2. If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
3. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Do not ship Overnight. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.
4. There is no return or exchange number. Please use the order number that was sent to you and include your information when you are returning or exchanging the item.

Sometimes your return may be subject to a fee. These fees may apply in the following situations:
• Orders returned to the wrong address and subsequently forward to us are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted.
• Providing an incorrect address to avoid shipping charges, please make sure to choose your country and mailing information correctly, fee will be applied to all misleading addresses.

In an effort to serve you better we have chosen to charge only the publish rates form our shipping carriers like U.S Postal Service, UPS and FEDEX. We might be given discount for volume which are passed down to you. Joe-snyder.us ship most orders within 48 hours, in some cases we may not be able to; these cases may include weather difficulties, temporary out of stock items or other unpredictable issues. If we are unable to ship within 30 days you will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or phone advising of the delay and seeking either your consent to the delay or your wish for a replacement or the cancellation of the order. Shipments will be process by UPS, U.S Postal Service, or FedEx depending on your choice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES
Joe-snyder.us does not guarantee that your package will not be searched by your national customs service, usually our orders are not charged duties, however we provide all the necessary documentations for the customs agency to asses such duties. Joe-snyder.us is not liable for any duties charged by your home country customs service. In the event duties are charged customer will have to pay those if the package is returned to merchant customer must take care of the expenses this may take.
